How quickly will you reply?

We aim to answer genuine questions within a few business days. Confirmed factual errors are prioritised — see our corrections process for what happens next. We are based in Madrid and work across European and Latin American time zones, so replies may land outside your working hours.

Which apps will you test next?

Reader suggestions genuinely shape our queue. If an app is missing from the 2026 ranking, tell us — especially if it handles foods or diets the big names ignore. We add apps to the benchmark as testing capacity allows.

Can I send a press release or pitch?

You can, but please make it specific. We do not republish announcements, and we never accept payment for coverage or for a score. If your app does something measurable that our methodology can test, that is what will get our attention.
